It is a Jun ware used in the　palace, as a furnishing. This flowerpot can be called the masterpiece of Jun ware in the period of Beisong. The outlook is very classical and graceful and the mouth is in the shape of the water chestnut flower. The bright and clear lines, the protruding edges and corners and the hardness combined with the softness, which displays a kind of reserved beauty. The whole body is mainly glazed with bright and beautiful color of crimson purple, with blue, gray and other colors in it. It is uncommon in spite of bright colors, and moreover it has deep artistic conception for thought.
