Established in
1956, Yixing Construction Ceramics Factory of Jiangsu Province is a
second-grade enterprise in China specialized in production of
“Garden” brand building ceramics with a large manufacture capacity
and strong technology. It covers an area of 102,000 m2. There
are more than 400 sets of various equipments, 4 kilns and Japanese
assembly line with an annual production capacity of 500,000 m2
glazed tiles. At present it can supply 850,000 m2 of glazed
tiles annually.

Its main
products include various glazed tiles, roof ridges and animals, tracery
windows, railings, dragon pavilions, ceramic wall paintings, pottery
tables, flower pots, lamp posts, etc. with colorful glazes. Our factory
is of great importance of creating and developing glazed colors and
ability of designing all shapes of tiles for customers. The imported
assembly line produces “S” and flat tiles in line with Japanese
JISA52030-84. According to the test, the index of our other tiles exceed
the national standard: their water absorbance less than 6.5 percent,
frozen resistance -20℃-20℃ with 20 times of
freezing and melting and folding strength more than 180fkg/a tile. Our
products have advantages of weatherproof, no peeling, no fading thermal
insulation and fire resistance. Our tile is an ideal construction
material currently. |
